“Yatto Dharma Stato Jai”, which means that “True victory always follows if you are on the path of Dharma”, is the business philosophy and motto of the Pachar Group. Keeping this principle in mind the erstwhile royal family of Pachar started business in the year 1982.
With a philosophy that the true victory always follows, if you are on the path of Dharma, Pachar Group entered into the real estate business with a banner ”we build trust” that represents responsibility, purpose, faith and greater collective satisfaction to achieve a common goals. Our symbol and philosophy speak about our devotion and commitment towards the development and betterment of our valued customers.
Pachar group started its hotel operations in 1995, by converting their ancestral palace at Pachar, Shekhawati, Rajasthan into a Heritage Hotel, known "Castle Pachar". Besides, PG’s are operating another Heritage Hotel at Jaipur which is popularly known as “Hari Mahal Palace”. Now the group is coming up with "Aaram Mahal" and "Aaram Baagh" Brand of hotels all over the India.
Later on erstwhile royal families of Bari Sadri (Mewar)
and Bilara (Marwar) also joined this group to spread up
its activities.
The group is dedicated towards promoting rural tourism
and preserving splendor of heritage as their corporate
social responsibility.

The history of Pachar family goes back to the Surya Dynasty. Lord Ram was the descendent of Lord Surya. Lord Rama’s sons were Lava and Kusha. Pachar family is descendent of lord Kusha. After many years Rao Shekha ji descendent of lord kusha formed a new kingdom known as shekhawati in 15th century AD.
Thakur Bhim Singh Ji who was descendent of Rao Shekha Ji was awarded the Jageer of Pachar in the year 1702. His descendant Thakur Guman Singh Ji who laid the foundation of Pachar Garh in the year 1725 was a great warrior and fought the famous Mawanda Mandoli battle. He negotiated many treaties on behalf of the erstwhile rulers of Jaipur.
Thakur
Ganpat Singh, a descendant of Thakur Guman Singh Ji
was the first Jageerdar of Shekahwati who foresaw the
need of democratic India even before resumption and was
the first Jageerdar of the region to surrender his
Jageer to the Government of India. Among his magnificent
contributions to Pachar are Ganpat Jheel (a lake built
by him), temples, wells and public utility buildings. He
was also a noble poet who wrote many religious songs.
Thakur
Shivnath Singh, the elder son of Thakur Ganpat
Singh, inherited the legacy of his father and continues
to work in service of the humanity. Thakur Shivnath
Singh despite from ruler background felt that in order
to contribute more politics would be a good medium and
opted politics for social services. The people of
Rajasthan glorify his services. Although he belonged to
the warrior clan he also inclined towards business in
1979 and started dealing in marble. In 1982, he entered
in the field of construction of classic and contemporary
buildings and is now the Chairperson of the Pachar
Group, which is beginning of another historic journey
that will bring a new and better day to Rajasthan.
Kunwar
Rajendra Singh, the elder son of Thakur Shivnath
Singh is the Managing Director of the Pachar Group. As a
professional he has always been abreast with the latest
technology and development in infrastructure and
provides comprehensive solutions in projects to all
valued customers which are at par with the international
standards. These solutions are combining with innovative
technology, design, latest know how, modern
architecture, blend with heritage, eco-friendly, safety,
power and water consumption to meet customer's
aspirations and expectation through high standards of
performances and services. Complemented with an
organized and relationship work culture, he strives to
ensure that all deadlines are met strictly with in real
time. He is industriously working with his
professionally managed team towards the vision of making
Pachar Group the most progressive big name in real
estate and hospitality industry of India. These include
development of innovative business strategies & policies
for strengthening its professional human and financial
resources and driving market penetration which are
acceptable to market needs. His ideas about future
challenges and opportunities wield tremendous influence
on potential customers across India.
Kunwar
Jitendra Singh, the younger son of Thakur Shivnath
Singh and Director of the Pachar Group. He has carved a
niche for himself with his strong presence in
infrastructure segment. Pachar Group has been on a
trailblazing path of success ever since Kunwar Jitendra
Singh’s efforts have coupled with his elder brother’s
expertise. His style of functioning is a fine fusion of
class infrastructure and rich tastes is what PG is
offering to its customers.
